Poor customer service
The ABSA Waverly banks close without notification. I went to the bank on Friday 21 Aug 2020 and the bank was closed It took me time to get there just to find out that it was closed. On Saturday 22 I went to another branch ABSA Voortrekkersweg and there was a long ques waiting to be served and then they just come out and say that they will only help 5 more people we must come on Monday back without any explanation why and it was still early in the morning
