Poor customer service

I have recieved a call from Absa. Today the 16-11-2020 I spoke to an advisor called Victor. The agent was rude sopke over me and never gave me a Chance to properly explain my situation. I asked to speak to his manager and he told me that can't be done. Deeply disappointed as I aslo service clients
