Poor Customer Service
I changed my account from a savings account to a cheque account last week. When I notified my company that I work for they asked for a confirmation letter from the bank. I sent a mail to the bank asking for the required documents on 2019-06-20. I have not received any support from them at all. This is urgent as it needs to be changed before pay day and they are just not giving a damn.
Is this really the type of service you want to deliver? Please let me know so I can start looking for another bank to bank with if that is the case.
