Poor Customer service

Visited Cresta Branch yesterday afternoon with the intention of investing a substantial amount of money into a term deposit account. Unfortunately there was no staff available to assist me with my investment. It is disgusting to think that the staff employed by the branch do not value their jobs anymore. I eventually walked out of the branch in disgust after trying for more than twenty minutes to get someone to help me
