Poor customer service

I have a personal loan, study loan & credit card with ABSA, which I have been paying well. I got retrenched in September, and I emailed my retrenchment letter to ********** on the 14th October, I received no response, I followed up on the 23/10, and I received an automated response saying a consultant will be in contact ASAP. Then I sent another follow up on the 29th, October, and received no response to date. I need to know what is happening, as all loans are insured, but I keep getting sms'es saying my account is over due. Why was I charged for insurance if it is of no help to me.
