Poor customer service
Left a complaint about the poor customer service i am getting from absa bank, i got one mail from them that i am not happy with and would like to report the mail to the persons superior but the person is now ignoring my 1st and 2nd mail from april this year up to now and after many atempts you cant even resolve a simple issue such as my notifications being switched off every time i activate it
