POOR customer service!!!!

In my whole life I have never received such bad service as by not getting service at all! ABSA Klerksdorp...you have put a new name to poor service. Arrive at the branch, asked where to go to open accounts, was taken to the second floor, and that's where the "fun" started. Nice external sales person assisted me but....he is not trained to do a complete "sale" in the branch. Open my two accounts I asked for. Then have to take me to enquiries a floor down to issue my cards and do the debitorder switching. Which means that he have to push me in before other customers that are also waiting for service. And not to pull the race card, but you can understand the commotion when he tried to put a white lady infront of all of the others. After he calmed down some of them, I was put to stand by one consultant to assist me with my cards and debitorder switching. Well...I stood in that queue for more than an hour! That's when I lost it. Asked Manager how is it that an opening of an account could take almost two hours, and still you don't have your cards, which means the sale was still not done! Her excuse is that they use external sales persons on weekends, which I understand, but they are not trained to work in the branch! I know for a fact that FNB's sales persons HAVE to open an account, issue cards, do debitorder switching in less than half an hour. Unforgently I have to have an acc at ABSA, if it was not for that they whould have never see me again....BUT I have to go back next Saterday to get my cards and to do the switching....
