Poor Customer Service

My absa accounts were placed under debt review a few years back. Recently i contacted absa wanting to settle the amounts in full. On 3 different occasions an offer was put in to settle the accounts. No feedback received whatsoever. Empty promises and just no communication. Absa is quick to contact you once you're late on a payment but when the client wants to pay they just dont come back to you.
