Poor customer service

I visited the Absa branch in Tulbagh to close my account, had to pay 67.50 to do so. When I asked the consultant what it was for he said bank fees, my comment was now I have to pay absa to close an account, after which he got extremely agitated and raised his voice to me, told me who am I to ask such questions from him, he became very aggressive toward me and shouted I should take it up with head office. I left the branch as I did not want to make a scene early on a monday morning. Wow absa you need to employ people with manners and train them to speak to customers in a civil manner. Pathetic service and i believe the one star rating I gave is to much.
