Poor customer service

<p>on the 24/07/2017 visited Absa Krugersdorp Branch to get my money on the 32 day account as I had my personal private matters and I didn't put notice, so when I got to customer service to seek for help I got this rude lady who didn't even wana listen to my story but kept on telling me they can't help I need to put in 32day notice she can't help,Than I asked her with my money and said than go to customer care...The ladies name is Nono</p>
