Poor Customer service

I still have no resolution regarding my complaint on my personal loan. I have been handed over to attorneys without my knowledge when I had a payment arrangement in place.

I would like to know how Absa can treat customers like this? I want to repay what I owe, but am not getting the proper assistance that I need.
