Poor customer service

Absa Giyani branch at it's best bad service ever, the branch doesn't have the coordinator, when asking their staff where to go for the certain assistance they'll just point where they feel like. No chairs you wait on your feet for more than an hour. Not a customer it's a priority in this branch
