Poor customer preparedness
On the busiest day at the end of the month, ABSA Tugervalley only has 2 tellers working with a total of 4 teller desks. Only 2 are open! You know it will be busy since another ABSA location in the Tugervalley area is closed.
The line is so long that all the available seats are full and people are standing against the wall waiting too. No staff to direct or help. This is unacceptable. I’ve been here for 30 minutes and only 4 people have been helped out of 18!
I am not impressed at all. Is this how you treat customers?
