Poor customer ethics

I needed to make a cash deposit of R42k. I got to the teller Ayanda and requested jus to add in the cash deposit fee as I specified, to which her response was that I'm RIDICULOUS. I then asked her for a calculator to show her how it's done and she says she can use the calculator on her pc. When I asked her to calculate how many R100s in R42900, her response was that the calculator won't allow that figure. Now with tears in my eyes I ask you, is this the calibre of people we got working in our banking institutes? She doesn't know how to even use a calculator nor does she know how to speak to a customer. I dread to think how she treats the pensioner customers who frequent that branch.
