POOR CLIENT SERVICE

My vehicle is financed by ABSA and I have been trying to get hold of a copy of my Enatis document for days. I have attempted, over the past 4 days, to get hold of ABSA either by telephone, e-mail or ABSA's online contact portal. Needless to say I have not had any response.
