Poor client service

How can they close the Galleria Branch for refurbishing when it is the only branch in Amanzimtoti. Absa cannot expect clients to drive to Isipingo or Scottburgh for assistance. I emailed the credit card division on 4 June for an urgent credit card statement as there were *****ulent transactions on my credit card and it had been blocked as I need this to open a Police case. Nothing to date. Obviously Absa do not think they require clients.
