Poor claims services! Six months and not yet authorized!

My name is Piet van Wyk. Claim number ********** . Claim is going on since October with the hail storm. Phoned numerous times speaking to people saying they will phone back, saying lights and walls are not related to hail but to lightning, are they experts to say? Do they have training certificates to say it's lightning? My cealing is starting to fall in its been six months now, and still my claim is not approved! How long must I still wait, trying to phone before something is going to happen?
