Poor business banking

We have a business account with absa Been trying to get a package thats best suited for pur company for months now with no joy We have lodged numerous request, complaints etc but nothing comes of it. We end up paying between 2000 to 3000 in bank charges monthly and during these unprecedented times we can not afford to be loosing so much of money especially since we a small business This post isnt to embarrass absa or get anyone into trouble but merely to get answers and assistance.
