Poor Banking Practice

Very messed up bank, they block my account in the middle of the month and by the time it comes for me to pay my accounts no one knows why my account is blocked, not the Enquiries, nor the Collectionns or the ***** department knows what is going on and no one can help me... I have been a client at this institution for more than 30 years and this is how they treat their loyal clients... Its pathetic, I am considering moving to another bank
