Poor ATM facility
I went to use a Absa ATM in benmore, I tried to withdraw R3000 and the money never dispensed, I then saw my available balance was without the R3000, I work very long hours and I had to make a plan to go to the branch on Saturday as Benmore only opens on selective days. Well let me tell you after waiting 1 hour and 40 mins I got assisted , they then said I must open a case which I did Absa: Reference C-***6. We are still investigating your case. We apologise for the delay. Kindly allow for five working days for the refund to be released. I called in today then they said 5 days common 5 working days , this is my money why the hell must I wait 5 days for your mess ups I want my money!!!
