Poor and slow service

I have been sitting at the Savannah branch in polokwane for over 2 hours and when my turn comes the ladies don't even check the queue just takes people who arrived way after me. Matshidiso Banda is her name. I decided to close the account and the other lady asks me to stay. Matshidiso doesn't even apologise for her error.

Hire the right people who remember service is important.
