poor and lack of communication

i went to absa bank to apply for a personal loan 3 month month ago. My loan was approved and i did take the money. To my suprise after 2 month i received a call from absa saying that debit order for my personal loan has return unpaid. And ask how because there is enough money in my account? Only to find out they went to their own check account which was opened for me without knowing excatly what is the reason since am only appliying for a loan. Now am receiving a call from lawyers telling me that i owe Absa cheque account 750 which i have never use the account axcept using the loan money i have app**** for. i have never received any call regaidng the cheque account arrears which i dont know about because to my knowledge i dont need it since i have a bank i am banking with. No One tell me that you opening an account which you need to look after every month(charges)I need this matter to be resolved with 2 days. i have worked enough to build my credit profile so that i can buy a can buy my kids a house and now this is happening. I wouldnt expect such service from Absa at all, i am all disapointed.
