Absa Brits mall not sure who this woman is meaning manager or just a *********** person.her name is Gomotso I walked in and asked the security guard for a chair to sit due to a very bad knew problem. When this woman came to me and asked me why and what I want to do, I told her that I could not stand in the line to get some stuff sorted out she told me that I have to stand in the queue to be able to get helped. Although there is a window low enough to be able to help me. So I just left and went to Hartbee****rt where I was helped immediately
