POOR AND DISHONEST SERVICE
I HAVE 3 VEHICLES FINANCED THROUGH ABSA FOR WHICH THE 3 -MONTH PAYMENT RELIEF WAS OPTED IN FOR. NO DOCUMENTS/CONTRACTS WERE SIGNED AND AS FAR AS WE WERE AWARE OUR INITIAL CONTRACTS WOULD BE EXTENDED BY 3 MONTHS
HOWEVER, IT NOW SEEMS ALL 3 VEHICLES HAVE BEEN EXTENDED BY AN ADDITIONAL 6 MONTHS. I HAVE TRIED TO MAKE CONTACT WITH ACCOUNTS, NO REPSONSE OR ASSISTANCE IS PROVIDED TO TRY AND UNDERSTAND THE CALCULATION AND EXTENSION PERIODS. I WAS ADVISED TO EMAIL MY QUERY TO FCRELIEF... STILL NO RESPONSE IS RECEIVED
HOW CAN ABSA UNILATERALLY AMEND THESE TERMS WHICH IS DOUBLE THE RELIEF PROVIDED
