Poor and disgusting customer service.

I have requested the latest statement of my personal loan a while ago. This bank does not respond. What poor customer service. But they are quick to demand payment.

I have asked for my rewards to be cancelled as there is no benefit to me. They just take monthly money for nothing. Still no response from this bank.

Again poor customer service.
