poor and craze service

on the 29/01/2016 i went to deposit money at ABSA in khayelitsha mall i arrived there at 10:00am and when i went to the teller to make a deposit i was told to go and stand in a long ATM line to make any deposit and the tellers will only help client's with coins since the ATM cant take coins. we were in the line for 2 flippen hours and only one ATM was working to make a deposit and all tellers were empty. ive beed to ABSA in Bellville it is my choice to deposit in an ATM or teller you are not forced to stand for 2-3hours in a long line. every one was told thats how things work in khayelitsha are they doing that because its a black area or are they undermining black people the reason for this question in other malls a client can not stand in the line for more than 30min. i dont understand their strategy for me it sucks who on earth can allow old people to que for 2hours only after two hour they called them to que in from after how long theyve been standing there. at nedbank in khayelitsha there is a line for old people only and you can use tellers or ATM to make a deposit its a client's choice not a must. im very disappointed woud realing lind to know who came up with that **** idea
