Poor aeevice

I feel so defeated in having to type this out now because I have told so many staff at Absa with no one to actually help me.

I sold my car through Absa fast buy in December of 2024 and I was told that I would be called in the new year to discuss the payment terms for my shortfall. I was told that the debit order wouldn’t go off and once I had discussed the payment terms then the debit order would start. Absa then tried to debit my account in December and the payment bounced because I needed to change the account the money needed to come from. I have since tried to call Absa multiple times trying to sort this out and each time I called I get directed to the wrong department or the line drops of I get told I’ll get a call back… no one calls back!

My credit score is now affected by this and no one at Absa is at already or able to assist me!
