Poor Absa Vehicle Finance service

I settled my vehicle finance with Absa on the 23 October 2025. I was then told via Absa Helpline that my account will be settled with 2 working days, including the vehicle papers. Despite the settlement, Absa debited my account. To date, the matter has not been settled and still waiting.
