Poor Absa services

Worst customer care that I have received from any bank in my life. 1st after their ATM didn't dispense my salary they told me why did I collect such a high amount from the ATM. Don't see why that is relevant cause my amount wasn't even close to a ATM limit amount. 2nd going now to the 3d week without being updated from there side. Been sending emails calling and still nothing has been done . Some of us live of our salary and don't have extra savings . I had to borrow now and costing me interest because absa can't assist and finalize the case. Pathetic if you asked me. Not a bank I would recommend. They quick to take their fees but when their customer is in need of their services they just don't care. After this I will be closing all 3 accounts.
