Poor ABSA Service

App**** for an ABSA Savings Account via Online (for my wife) and tried calling the Call Centre to order the card with NO RESPONSE TO THE TELEPHONE CALL. Eventually had to compile an email requesting the issue of the card and forwarding same to the nominated ABSA Branch, Cape Town.
