Poor absa service

Today I was off, I went to open bank account at absa jabulane mall, stayed on que and I was called by guy, called Mandla, I had my id copy and iemas statement as proof of address, while mandla while sarching for his dream car told me that iemas is not ncr registered, when I showed him its registered, he said its insurance, as its not bank, all this time, still searching for his car, after length of explain, he said my address is also not correct. I asked to speak to bank manager, her name is Gugu, also her, without introducing herself, she told me that she don't know iemas, however warned me that my account might be frozen if I use iemas statement, even proof of bank account and address was not accept, after almost 1hr, she send me to consulted I have to again explain myself, end up leaving without opening account, thanks absa for POOR customer service.
