Poor absa online service

Absa is really not for convince.I made an application only to follow up and be told they can't see my documents, then made a new application which your told will take 1 to 3 working days to review documents.I call to heck update they tell me system is down.I was thinking of moving to Absa but I'd advise against it because of the slow processes in place and the service.You hold on call center for an hour
