Poor ABSA Customer Service are the worse

I am having a serious problem with Absa as it has freezes my account because a large ***** amount that was deposited into my account which they asked me to provide proof from the sender, I did that then they asked me to also write an Affidavit and also write a statement that I acknowledge that I was going to be payed that amount, yes I did that as that amount was a share profited from a sale **** that was last month I borrowed money from different people to put towards that venture and now I can't pay them back since I was promised by ******** that after all those attachments provided it will be released now I have to hide and nt answer my phone because I look like I am nt an honest person since I am now telling them different stories. Absa has cost me unnecessary stress including my marriage. Absa is toying with its customers and take them for granted they definitely gave me the worse possible poor customer service I definitely will nt recommend for any other new clients to join Absa.
