Poor Absa Business Banking Service.

We have been struggling over a year just to transfer our business banker from the JHB office to the CPT office.

Our current business banker always says that she has to wait for information from other colleagues, but we never hear anything about the process. This has been logged multiple times; however, we are not being assisted.
