Poor ABSA Business Banking Assistance-***** Case

My business account was debited with R29 666.61 today apparently from SARS. The debit order reference looked suspicious and there had never been communication from SARS to debit the business account. My accountant confirmed that it was a *****ulent debit order after requesting a statement of account from SARS. Upon checking my emails, I saw correspondence from ABSA with a website stated as www.absacapital.com This website does not exist. I spoke to ABSA ***** department and they requested that I send an email and request for the money to be reversed. The lack of urgency is quite concerning as it is month end approaching and salaries need to be paid. Extremely disappointed in ABSA as my new banking partner. I thought leaving FNB would make my life easier, I was wrong. My money is not safe at ABSA it seems like it will be many weeks before I see the *****ulent transaction reversed.
