POOR ABSA BANK
My e-mail address has changed and all efforts to change that on line is failing. All I'm trying to do is to get my settlement amount on my vehicle finance account mailed to me. All I'm getting is a machine talking to me with no correct option to change my e-mail address. To log into ABSA online, I forgot my credentials and they say visit a branch. ABSA is the worst ever.
