Policy Number *** - Accessor too busy to speak to us about the holdup she created!

Policy Number *** - we were contacted by ABSA to send in documents to claim. Since we received the email saying claim was processed, we have been up and down with the accessor(apparently her name is Belinda) that is not calling us back, or not emailing us back. Every time we call, she is either in a meeting or not in the office, then when we call the person on the phone says there is no notes on the claim all is good, then again, no there are money outstanding on the bond, but the bond has been paid off in May 2021 already. And still, we aren't hearing anything back?
