policy cancelled without notification ABSA refused

good day <br> <br> i opened a funeral policy with ABSA back in 2004 to my surprise i recently find out that it was cancelled in 2011 no one informed me about this changes and i have never cancelled the policy i went to the branch in Hyde park Johannesburg where i was told on the system it appears that i have 2 same policies 1st that was cancelled in 2011 and another one that was opened in 2011 till today ,my query is how can they cancel a policy without telling me and where is the money i have paid from 2004 till the date they cancelled? the guy we spoke to on the phone from head office said i will get no refund and he was so rude as he didn't want to listen to me o answer any of my questions i want my money i can not pay for all this years for nothing please help me resolve this
