Good day Gloria this is not good service that been rendered by Absa and yourself .<br> As it is a week later and there is no response from yourself or the person handling the complaint . <br> You have my email address and still you do not send me a message to say how far the query is.<br> I need a response today as the person buying the car needs to do a change of ownership . <br> I spoke to Lindiwe Mhlungu in 2010 and ask them to deliver the papers they said they cant . and I have to collet it at a ABSA bt I could not cause I was working contract Monday to Saturday and there was nobody at home to sign for the papers so who did they leave it with .<br> On upon request on the 23/11/2015 I spoke to Gloria Mohafa that inform me about it after that she said she was gonna lodge a query but upti know there was no reply and they said we wil pay a fee of R300+ so it unexceptable <br>
