plz give me my cancelation date

Please assist I joined top up policy for my car on the 25th November 2014 and after I was advised by my comprehensive car insurance to cancel the top up I call on the 26th Nov 2014 and cancel it. Now I need absa vehicle insurance to please write an email that states that on the above mentioned date I cancel the policy please I need this or if possible I want that recording of that call that I made date is 26th Nov 2014 I ve been calling absa Insurence since yesterday the 26th march but no one manage to assist me I wasted my airtime no one knows how to help me but kedibone promise to ask her manager to contact me but to no veil I need this as yesterday <br> <br> <br>
