Pls don't apply for absa offers on the app!

Why do absa have offers on there app if everytime you apply they decline? Last time I did apply the same thing happened and after I complained and told them my main income is in fnb and not absa they approved my creditcard increase and guess's what same thing again! Give ma an increase offer for last 10 months and now I thought let me take it and again the same story! I will not try any offers I get from absa again! I have pvt bank acc with absa and fnb and I don't even get a call asking sit we saw you app**** can we assist to see what went wrong.!! Absa service have been poor for last 2 years!
