please stop *****ing, ABSA bank

I have had a home loan with ABSA for 20 years. absa insists that i had an arrears amount of about R2 300. absa threatened to report me to the credit bureau. i paid all but R142 off the account two weeks back. However, ABSA has now taken the full monthly installment of R3 371.53 out of my bank account. after accusing me of not paying Absa is now *****ing from me. i cannot find anybody to speak to at absa. all emails go through a call centre staffed by people who threaten me after 20 years of business. please would you ask ABSA why it stole more than R3 300 from me. Absa used to be the best home loans bank in the country. now absa trys so ***** money. Dr Martin Challenor
