Please solve the error 55 issue

I just opened a new account with Absa within a week theres already problems, I sent cashsend to my lil sister she went to reedem it at carlton center Johannesburg, it gave the "error 55 message" and printed out the receipt, when I call them they say the money was withdrawn but the person didn't get it and in my account its out I can't cancel anymore. That day the atms there kept restarting. So now how do we solve this?
