Please send me the original log book for the car, I've settled my loan already

Hi Absa, I settled my vehicle finance account about two weeks ago. When will you guys contact me to hand over the original logbook for the car? Surely, there should be processes in place to ensure clients are issued with the logbook once the vehicle loan is settled in full. Please help urgently.
