Please ring longer

On 13 July, someone saying that they are from ABSA/UBS with the number *** phoned my wife. She then gave my phone number. My phone rang. I was about to pick up when the caller dropped the call in less than 5 seconds of ringing. This *** number then phoned me on 21 July, 6 and 17 August and each time the call is dropped in less than 5 seconds. This is not the first time that I've complained about ABSA or their associates for not ringing long enough for me to pick up the phone. I am an old man. I am a bit slow. Please ring longer.
