Please remove my name from ITC

Good day , I have been calling Absa several times trying to sort this out. Can you please remove my name from ITC. The credit card still shows as in Arrears on credit bureau while it has been paid up. Absa also sent me paid up letter. Please sort this for me as it affects my credit score.
