Please release my account from hold i am dying of the hunger.

Good morning Flip Strydom here. You know the guy thats got a hold on his account because he kept on going to the bank updating his details and Absa failed every time. November, December and now January. I have to starve on my truck because i cant get to my funds.... i cant take a day off every time Absa Carletonville fail to update my email adress or my telephone number or my employers name. My email adress is *** and my telephone number is for the past year not ***. My employer has changed at the end of 2020. O god and dont get me started on the bad service from your telephone department. I am not trying to rob myself i am simply trying to get to my funds to get something to eat. 600 Kms away from home in the middle of nowhere and i have to go to my branch. Please tell me how many days does it take to remove the hold that the other signatury on the account cant help me sort it out? Please phone my real number *** let me tell you how fustrated i am.
