please help us: bad claim waiting 8 months

Absa Consultant and Actuaries Johannesburg. Private Security Provident Fund: We waiting 8Moths now, and still waiting. Evertime I call is diffrend story, I don't get furder as help desk, they say the money will be in 25junie 2015. And still nothing, they say is in progress.. Everytime I call. I did speak to Thoma's/ Brenda: ***. Faks: ***. And still nothing if I ask to speak to the Manger he/she is not in, I called few times, sent faks/Email. And no coming back to me. We are in need of the Money. Please we need this Done soon as possible. Thanks! I don't want to post bad stuff on facebook! So please!
