PLEASE HELP

I am looking for assistance with having a hold removed on my bank account. I have sent all the requested documents to the investigators and my account as well as the funds in it has been placed on hold since 05 November 2024. I have called over and over again and they keep telling me that they will escalate it but nothing happens. Please help me solve this issue because it's Christmas and there is a lot of things my family needs.
