Please Help

Can someone please contact me and explain the banking charges on my ABSA platinum credit card statement?<br> <br> I was under the impression that I have 30days interest free and only pay R159 a month for the service.<br> <br> When I checked my statement I was charged R546.19 fees + R159<br> <br> Bank charges 162,65 <br> Interest 383,54 <br> <br> It would also be great if I could write ABSA and get a timely response and not have to write a complaint on this site every time service is needed.
